Maybe the doctors are all ludicrously incompetent, but Occam's razor is that the doctors were correct about the timeline, the WH either or knew or suspected POTUS was Covid+ Wed morning and the WH spent 36 hours covering it up until they couldn't hold it together any longer.
Arguably they knew before the debate when they conveniently avoided testing and loaded Trump up on Amphetamines to overcome the associated fatigue.Thus the "crackhead" persona we all saw.

Well they practiced that intimidation thing, thanks to Chris Christie, in order to get Joe to stutter. They drilled him on how to do it. But we know that's why they didn't take the test at the door and they did the honor System! What a freaking laugh

Or, it could be that he didn't have it, didn't want anybody to know so he skipped the test at the door that way the timeline would fit with him knowing Wednesday and going to the hospital on Friday. To get a sympathy boost. And maybe lots more $$$$
