    We don't anticipate any more downtime. We will be doing a post mortem once we have worked through these issues, and then we'll be able to provide more details about what happened and how we will prevent it from being an issue going forward.

    --Dashboard and Messaging have been disabled for the moment --Passpack v8 is working on Safari 12 but may not work on older versions --Passpack v8 will not currently work correctly on mobile We will deploy fixes for these items over the next couple of days.

    You may need to clear your Local DB if your passwords do not load the firsttime you sign into your account. Please see the attached screenshots which will show you exactly where the Local DB reset button is located. A few other issues that will be fixed as quickly as possible:

    We experienced an issue where users' data was/is not loading into their local browser database properly after the weekend's upgrade. We have now deployed a patch to the servers that should fix the issue.

    There are a few known issues that will be fixed as quickly as possible: · Dashboards/Messaging are currently unavailable, they are disabled until the system is stable. · Passpack v8 may not work correctly on mobile or Safari, we'll deploy fixes for these over the next few days.

    You'll need to refresh your browser after logging into your account. If after doing so, you still continue to experience login issues, please notify us by opening a help ticket- please provide the browser/version you are using as it appears this issue can be browser specific.

    We had a problem affecting many users yesterday and today where their data, as a result of yesterday's upgrade, would not load into their local browser database properly. Users should now be able to access their accounts.
