Good read. Hoped to see a nod to role queue or other improvements though. Ultimately, the approach you're taking simply doesn't work for that tier of play. You need to ignore all assumptions of "what the team needs" and instead figure out how to simply deathmatch better.

As a flex, I absolutely know the horror of being forced to main tank in most games. The only upside is I only play in a 6-stack, so I only have to deal with the game mechanics fucking me and not my teammates (usually).
