Benioff is describing the ways tech platforms need to be regulated. In the past, he has called Facebook "the new cigarettes" for society. Now, he says the world is in a crisis of trust, and we should call for government to step in.

If Benioff was the CEO of Facebook, what would he do? "Every CEO has to choose their highest value," he says. He thinks trust should be Facebook's. He asked the audience to raise their hands if they had a personal story around trust on Facebook; a few hands went up.
