You can have multiple authenticated websocket streams for your account. And you can send a custom message from one socket and receive on all the others connected and also we'll have custom handlers into the UI.

And this is not consuming valueable ressources from bitfinex? I mean you cache information and only allow up to x calls per minute, but then you allow users to send notifications over your API instead of using a direct transfer!? That sounds strange.

Difference is between keeping polling rest APIs and using a websocket to get only fresh informations when they change. I advise to use websockets to get the best performance without being subject to caching or rate limiting
