I did. Article says you tried to get licensed elsewhere but couldn’t. Why not?
"We had been working on obtaining this license for the last year and a half," <--- this means that the process with Astana regulator took 18 months. They have been quite comprehensive and we're glad of it. It does not mean that we tried somewhere else.
