Basically, stay away from any exchange that does not support hardware keys (e.g. yubikeys etc). Thank you

Aren't trezors more secure than yubikey?

Both support webauthn. In yubikeys you can also import a GPG key to sign your SSH connections / GPG decrypt. That's really next level security if you're a sysop.
