The crypto industry accepts the use of centralized stablecoins, which can blacklist certain addresses. So why not grant those same stablecoin issuers the ability to credit the addresses where funds got hacked in order to make them whole?

Centralised has its advantages, and if people leave their coins with an exchange, they do not benefit from being decentralised.

Question here.. what if hackers stole the USDT and sold it for cash to other users. If you froze and return it backroads original owners .. what will happen to the guys who paid for it without knowing it was stolen ???
