Tether is a centralized stablecoin using decentralized transport layers.

Why would I have my money in usdt instead of in fiat in bank account if few people can decide to froze it. Today is frozing usdt that are involved in hack but what if regulators ask you to freeze usdt holds by us resident involved in defi?
