That's only 9% (also doesn't mention who the debtor is just like tether). What % does tether hold in commercial paper? And what is the quality?

Tether pie chart reports 65% in commercial paper compared to 9%, 3% cash vs 61% cash and equivalents. Circle hasn't provided us with info on how much actual cash they hold though

How does citing this tweet prove your point? Doesn’t it actually raise more questions as to the validity of commercial paper (grade, debtor, etc) used by stablecoins?
