Someone argued with me that USDC is decentralized. Would you consider either USDC or USDT decentralized?
No. Reserves are centralised. So neither are decentralised as in the true meaning. Both just use decentralised transport layers. Neither DAI is fully decentralised given its high reliance on a centralised stablecoin.
