@glassnode will be correcting within 48 hours. Apparently they're in the process of updating labels on internal transfers.
My guess.
Finex whales reducing shorts push Market Makers to buy bitcoin on cheaper exchanges (using #tether
because other pairs have basically no liquidity

exchange is fee business from trade. retail investors need to use it for trading. i.e. exchange encourage (and sometimes force) them to take position. Now too much shorts and most of them hesitated to take long…what would happen next? you may know the answer.

@paoloardoino , is finex still significant regarding whales, once it's market share is technically zero when compared to Binance? Seems like finex whales are already part of the past or, at best, they have nothing but some mid sized sharks trading right there. -
Yup. Sorry guys we're irrelevant now. This guy said so. Let's close Finex (and similar volume exchanges like Kraken , Bitstamp, and all OG ones) and open a bakery.

Paolo - Say I have 500 USD on Finex and want to buy BTC with it using a limit order. I can't see a quick way of using it all, other exchanges have a 'max' button but on Finex I have to work out the USD amount in BTC as the order is only input using that. Am I missing something?

We do have that feature. Look at the order form. There are 2 dots (1 green and 1 red) above the price field and same for the amount field. Try that and let me know.
