      Dude who gives a shit about an audit? Plebs always repeating this old fud every other week. Can I trade my tether for ETH, BTC or other coins at 1:1 with the USD price? Can I liquidate my tether for USD to my bank account whenever I want? Then STFU about and audit.

      It means you can’t redeem USD from tether. You can literally only get rid of your tether by selling it to someone else.

      I only use DEXs. I can redeem my USDT for any coin I want. I can also redeem my USDT for my local fiat currency and pay my bills. Redeem is literally synonymous with EXCHANGE. Like I said, you’re making a semantic argument, and a poor one at that.

      Sigh. All those words yet none answering my question . You cannot redeem USD for USDT from Tether. If you’re exchanging your tether for another coin, you’re selling your tether you’re not redeeming it. Redeeming =/= exchanging.
