Few reports (one from coinshares I believe and a couple of others) referring to renewable mix being more than 2x the avg of other sectors, so >70%. Data is so fragmented you can have estimates only. Do you have other sources I can read?

Some other thoughts. You can argue with "sources" that 70% is correct and you can argue with other "sources" that's too much. It will likely keep growing and I could not have found reliable sources that the % is significantly lower than 50%. Apart of course some human oracles

Here is one of the docs I have read https://pd.coinshares.com/EN-Mining-Whitepaper-December-2019 … Still need to find the other researchers. The doc describes the methodology used to estimate the penetration of renewables into mining based also on geographical distribution.
