. @Excellion @adam3us is it possible to allow users to bulk-buy an allocation of X messages or monthly bandwidth for @Blockstream Satellite APIs?
It would really help my pet project.

Yup, I just want to avoid the auction. They could offer a corporate weekly or daily invoice that once paid allow me to use the allocated bandwidth. They could use QOS to give priority to my messages up to the paid bandwidth.

We do have some priority queue things but they're a bit custom to bitcoin: blocks > transactions > messages > history. We could also make a logical stream receivable as satellite audio (radio on s2 receivers) or a satellite TV channel. Subject to cost, it's all possible.
