      Thread: 1. Vitalik Buterin: Yeah. I’d agree with that, with one reservation, which is that I think the Bitcoin ecosystem does have its own ticking time bomb demons too, like Tether is one example. I thought a lot from what to say but this comments by itself on so many levels.

      Yeah but he is correct. Tether need to sort their problems. The problem with the Tether project is that there is a huge lack of transparency and that you always are on the defensive. You need to be proactive with your communication and build TRUST. Get a PR consultant 4HEAD!

      I dont know and i am not sure we reading in to it correctly but i guess BTC is more reliable on the USDT pair then ETH and BNB.

      I. 20B+ USDt are issued on Tether II. Tether smartcontract is top#2 used smartcontract on Ethereum -> generating good fees for miners III. DEXes, AMM etc use Tether as main pair IV. ETH projects most liquid pairs are traded against USDt

          It's simply an existential risk for Ethereum and not for Bitcoin as most people would have us believe. USDt is intertwined in most aspects of Ethereum (as you mentioned #2 used contract, main trading pair on-chain). Vitalik is a master of deception, frankly.
