TLDR: - we want to reduce the number of times Tether team touches authorization private keys - we authorize new Tether tokens based on the demand of the previous period - once authorized, these Tether tokens remain on the shelves waiting to be acquired -> issuance.

If that’s the case, wouldn’t it make more sense to authorize large batches that cover the estimated issuance of a longer period (say a month) and only authorize again when the batch gets depleted? Having to authorize once per months sounds much better than per few days.
