Good luck. @coinbase and @CoinbaseSupport might be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Horrendous, don't answer emails, hold funds without reason or cause, and are now going public. Gfy @brian_armstrong
Unfortunately only coinbase can help your case. We're not allowed to touch usdt that are held on exchanges. Such exchanges have access to the private keys that could unlock your tokens, hence we can't act
