His words have no value, but his actions have material impact on lives of a normal developers who don't have the deep pockets to fight a costly legal battle. He is acting as a bully because he has the money to hire lawyers. Delisting will send a strong message

Bitfinex and Tether have provided 300k+ in funding to whom has been sued by CSW. BSV is a margin pair on Bitfinex and users are heavily exposed. Delisting would cause a major shake. Hence the decision can't be as easy as click of a button. Also people need a place to short BSV.

1) you don't have to delist tomorrow. You can do it after enough time. 2) you can't possibly fund every victim who is sued by them 3) their actions result in people censoring their own behavior because they are afraid You can either stand w/ the victim or the bully, not both
