      sorry to say that, but this is not to be made fun of. There is a wealthy person, threatening to completely destroy the open source developers who basically built the foundation of everything this industry is build on. This is the time to take a stand, not to make jokes.

      every core-dev is at risk. drastic example: what you do to someone threatening to kill every policeman, cause he wants to get rid of the police? you ignore him cause he is posing zero risk to the police as a whole? CSW says he wants to destroy every core dev.

      he might win no case at all. yes he says a lot of shit and yes its a shitshow. But i wouldn't be too sure that he won't try to get any devs. and for some, even getting into legal fights is enough to drive them away. he doesn't have to win to make damage.
