sorry to say that, but this is not to be made fun of. There is a wealthy person, threatening to completely destroy the open source developers who basically built the foundation of everything this industry is build on. This is the time to take a stand, not to make jokes.

i think finex and tether are in a different position than all the small devs working on bitcoin. core development needs devs. and having a wealthy person threaten to sue everyone of them into oblivion is not helping to get them.

yes, there might be no case against a dev, but there is a real chance he just lashes out on the easiest targets to make a point. "don't fell threatened" is not really giving any reassurance to a dev suddenly standing at the frontline.

It's easy to not feel threatened if you have the capacity to fight a legal battle and/or if you operate in a jurisdiction where he can't sue you

His words have no value, but his actions have material impact on lives of a normal developers who don't have the deep pockets to fight a costly legal battle. He is acting as a bully because he has the money to hire lawyers. Delisting will send a strong message
