Paolo, just because you call something transparency doesn't make it so. The fact of the matter is that you do not have billions of USD being sent to you to correspond to the Tether printed. Every podcast recorded is a piece of evidence, as your ever-changing lawyers know.
To clarify: the 2018 doc was explicitly *not* an audit. It was a legally vague "attestation" that basically boiled down to "Well, this is what *they* claim" There has never been an audit of any legal standing of Tether. Just smoke, followed by mirrors, followed by more smoke.
