No shady stuff in the past not now. Try to think to whom has the most interest in attacking Tether. Then you might feel that attacking Tether is just a proxy to attack Bitcoin. You literally delayed any action for 2 years using scummy lawyer techniques then when could delay anymore dropped millions of pages on them they now have to sort through with another scummy lawyer technique but hey sure people will believe your not scummy of say it enough
