I fear we are part of the problem of which we complain.
Indeed not an easy one, especially when you wear multiple hats. For sure traders want diversity and an exchange should provide such.
Also being in this position allows me to help supporting #bitcoin

Many could, I could've made much more accepting shitcoin premine and ICO "advisor" money (they want to use your name to promote their coin). I feel very good about rejecting it all, reputationally, my
#bitcoin stash while smaller was all earned the hard way, and has no taint ;)

Yah just a bit of humorous observation. You do a good balance and
