You seem to be working on it in multiple ways in parallel (
@omgnetworkhq & LN RGB). I assume there are some features you view as extra instrumental for USDT (e.g. freezeability). Could you spend a few words on how you see these L2s compare for the the needs of USDT today?
1/ A L2 of a chain that Tether support as L1 can be spin without our direct support. While RGB requires a direct issuance, ETH-rollups don't necessarily require an active role from Tether. Tether in these cases works to advise and endorse a tech for the benefit of its community.

2/ Omnibolt (L2 for Omnilayer) can ideally be used without Tether intervention, since USDt exists on Omnilayer. On ETH we're actively reviewing a rollup solution that we think well fits in the DeFi ecosystem (more in next weeks).
