@paoloardoino? I am sure you have your reasons but your compliance shall have warned that it could pose a regulatory risk to your exchange and some other risks to the industry as a whole... for very little adoption and potential gains :(
We did extensive research, discussed with external counsels in many different jurisdictions. Our products are only available to verified customers and we are a really cautious approach compared to competition. I think we're pretty safe in our offering.
