      Hmm, I looked into these grief attacks when reported a while ago. I didn't realize an outsider could do the griefing, I thought it had to be intra-channel. I'm surprised no one in the loop is throttling behavior in any way. I thought large channels made these attacks impossible?

      lnd 0.11.1 added a new flag to let users set distinct global max htlc values, but also these can be set on an individual channel level, but that just plugs on hole beyond that we'd already started throttling tools as an extension to faraday:https://github.com/lightninglabs/faraday/pull/47 …
