TL;DR he forked Uniswap, added a token, bootstrapped a massive community, got the token listed on Binance, token pumped, then it started dumping as hype went down, Nomi panicked, market sold $14M of his tokens and then returned the money two weeks later and disappeared

That was no my point at all. It was not his Tether to begin with, it got sent to his contract by accident by someone else. And Nomi doesn’t have the keys to the wallet anymore, which is irrelevant anyway
