"Rate retention" setting should be able to override the "fixed period" setting & not be cancelled out by it. Lenders want to lend @ minimum period except when rate exceeds X

Got a few suggestions based on my own lending bot. The biggest thing I like about mine is that is spreads bids across the order book and the days it lends go from 2 linearly to 30 based on the rates. Want to lock in higher rates, want to take advantage of spikes.

It also looks at the rates for the past x hours and never lends below the x% percentile. Want to lend above average rate.
