How do you know that it was a mistake and not a missed arb? 
If someone sends funds to a smart contract with no access that's pretty clear a mistake. Also we do our own review of the events before recovering the funds. What I'm saying is that we're able to help in case of true mistakes.
Yes don't get me wrong I think it's great to help people who lose money by mistake. And much needed. But as far as I know it was an investment into a risky project. Anyway, keep up the great work, mate.
