So why banks in most cases notify users about reason of funds freeze and crypto exchanges don’t ?
Also banks follow same protocol. They're not allow to share information about investigations
Obviously not allowed to share information about investigations, but they will tell you that the funds has been seized due to LEA request. You're suggesting that it's normal that exchange/bank wont tell the reason why the funds are freezed. Gag orders are uncommon, at least in EU
Unless it's very high profile investigation eg. labeled under national security threat. ;)
