Recently, certain users claimed that some exchanges are withholding their property. Did you know that if a user is under investigation by law enforcement, the exchange is often not allowed to provide the user with any information about it?

So why banks in most cases notify users about reason of funds freeze and crypto exchanges don’t ?

Also banks follow same protocol. They're not allow to share information about investigations
