        Explanation: other exchanges use Bitfinex to swap Tether between different blockchains (ie. TRC20 <-> ERC20). ie. https://twitter.com/whale_alert/status/1290638075299848192 … Then @bitfinex has to rebalance its books directly with Tether Treasury.
