How many users will get blackmailed by the cracking group threatening to release their Twitter PMs?
Usually someone with such access will try to grab as much as he can.

We don't know if they got access to those and anyway if Twitter PMs are used for anything useful
Got reports of emails and passwords changed. So harvesting PMs is definitely a possibility.
