It's not necessarily about decentralisation here, tether isn't growing in anarchocapitalist communities, it's growing where people just want a highly liquid, stable currency
Tether is becoming part of the everyday's life of thousands of people. Not anymore only for crypto enthusiasts. It is just useful, highly available and makes life easier.
