@paoloardoino I found the coins, they were sent to one of my unused wallets. This was preselected in the#btc whitelisted addresses. I checked the change logs and there are records of the token whitelisting being locked. This is not been unlocked by me. Please look into it.
Still need to ticket ID. Can you copy it here? The ticket ID won't disclose any information about yourself.
