I think building their own chain is out of the question and afaik no one has been using Tether on Liquid. But it’s possible usage wvebtually moves to L2 as fees get too expensive I suppose
We don't want to build a Tether chain as primary/official layer. It defeats the point of our vision. We'll keep building on most used projects and let people decide.
