So you have tether customers paying you in USD and you convert this USD into USDT on a 1-1 basis? At what cost? Why would the customers do the#is instead of buying OTC in USD? Apologies, I just don’t understand the model and were the money is coming from/going to?

Why don’t you audit tether’s bank balance, like Grant Thornton (Audit Firm) is auditing USDC? It is really simple: an independent auditor verifies that the bank balance aligns to the issued USDT.
