for people who use exchanges. if they have transferred funds between two exchanges direct - there is no reason not to use liquid: it's faster, more confidential and lower risk than single exchange.
I think that it will happen. When onchain activity will spike exchanges will start rushing into supporting liquid.

Activity is price colerated. If you pump btc and we see some shitcoin action again then we might get full blocks. Only reason for vast majority to buy bitcoin is to gamble and you know that better then anyone.
