The bech32 address (ending in 97l listed is our frozen wallet. So txs return the funds there usually and I believe is the source of confusion.

Sorry for the confusion. Yes the error is coming from bech32 address, as our data source changed some formatting of bech32 address queries.
Thankfully not many exchange wallets have bech32 address except for that BFX wallet. All errors are fixed now
