Are you sure that the data is correct for @bitfinex ?
Seems it is not considering correctly change addresses. Finex is definitely in the middle of some major OTC deals, but still the number seems off to me.

The bech32 address (ending in 97l listed is our frozen wallet. So txs return the funds there usually and I believe is the source of confusion.
