feature request: liquidation based on Bitcoin index with a wait time and not on a manipulated momentum.
Perps have already an mark-price index. We could do that for margin trading as well indeed.

mark price makes more sense in derivatives where it's 50:50 long:short in the OI and a systemic balance needs to be maintained by a neutral valuation determinant for spot-margin it's diff, probably makes more sense to make it tighter to last price (but with scamwick protection)
