Out of interest, anything to watch for sim swaps?
First of all @bitfinex removed quite sometime ago SMS 2fa. You should have a different phone only with your OTP codes and no SIM. That makes you resilient. It would be interesting to play around yubikey NEO (with NFC). I've asked team to investigate.

Thanks. I use a standalone device for 2FA. So an attack against primary device to access my account while on mobile will have limited scope for loss, if I understand this correctly. cheers, Paolo (love the new office art, btw)

Yes. It's of key important to not fall in the trap of keeping 2fa on the primary phone.
