Is the marketcap for tether and xaut accurate on coinmarketcap ? Is there any reliable source to track the marketcap frequently?
You can check it directly on Etherscan for the moment. While we support other networks Ethereum is the only one issued currently.

@coingecko is nowadays the most reliable source for many tokens. They track updates much faster than competition.
