For example moving BCH from a personal wallet to BTC Bitfinex wallet. In my case I have been told the coins have disappeared and are unretrievable? Most exchanges and particularly in USA the exchanges by law must reverse the request.

@paoloardoino it would be great to get a reply here for@crab_g2020 I believe he sent a large sum of crypto to bitfinex and other exchanges have been reversing & fixing transactions, is it possible to look into this, so far he has hit a brick wall with Support
