Most of the time is just API / data misunderstanding or issues on customer side, but until you read all messages you can't be sure if the issue is on customer side or exchange side, so it's better to always be available in first line with your team.

Wow I have this problem but in reverse. Every CTO from every exchange DM'ing me to alert me to a new idea they just had. I want to be the first one to be alerted if they have a new idea. This helped me few times to identify and use immediately amazing new products & features.
