Bro in case of nuclear war, satellites will be the first target destroyed with missiles and EMP. And in a post apocalyptic world due to Kessler syndrome there will be not much satellites working up there. Underground cables are a bit safer bet
To be post apocalyptic it should come with a Lightning Network node installed and bitcoin network satellite access.
