          Why do you need LN at all here? Exchange has custody of coins anyway: it can simply be it's own hub and complete the transaction directly or via liquid to another exchange's customer.

          Bitfinex added overall LN support for customers in tandem with adding Bitrefill shopping, which is powered by Lightning for settlements B2B dynamically and instantly. This removes need for credit terms or exposure to volatility they bring, etc, etc
