      Same bias guy here. Finex is usually 30/40$ higher than coinbase, so it's expected that it reaches higher peaks. In the same 1m candle (15:08pm UTC) high and low on both bitfinex and coinbase moved of about 40$ each with same volume. Where you referring to another candle?

      The 50-80 pip delta between the average traded prices is a different thing entirely. I'm talking about the marketsell at 15:34 UTC.

      Is the difference you guys are talking about most likely the difference between a leveraged vs non leveraged market? People at 3x looking at their Mariana Trench like longs will be both more likely and more emotionally to puke when a low is put in (all things being equal)

      Indeed that's a component I agree @IamNomad . I'm just disagreeing with the comparison of effects and meanings provided by quite different trades and volumes. Difference 10 to 1. Also I'm not so blind to understand that Finex has much more competition now than 3 years ago :D
