My point is that if there is a rouge market order on one exchange, typically you will get a "reaction" out of the others. If someone had cleared $60 on bitmex or coinbase, I'd expect to see a broader reaction across all other markets than I saw here on bitfinex.
I see your point. Although in my experience market makers are getting sophisticated and won't replicate volume just like that anymore. They would adjust up or down their orders, to follow the trend and get the most benefit out of the movement.

Furthermore, during last move towards 7500, got many messages of other top exchanges having wide spreads or overshooting / undershooting. Didn't verify that.

I agree about sophisitication, more liquidity overall everywhere. I think "barts" are a symptom of too much liquidity, not enough flow. My original tweet was a clean example of countless smaller hints I've gotten over the last 6-12 months.
